Recombinant human fibronectin was synthesized using Pichia pastoris.

Through UniProt sequence selection and stable compound combination, PRORYLIA™ Fibronectin can be stored at room temperature, and its biological activity can be well preserved even under harsh conditions such as high temperature of 45°C for three months.
- Innovation 3 Utilizing a unique clinical experiment simulating instant repair, it was effectively verified that skin damaged by methyl nicotinate can be effectively relieved within 5 minutes by using only one time of the 60ppm biosynthesized fibronectin fragment, which is 234.8% higher than the placebo group.
PRORYLIA™ Elastin
- Innovation 1 By calculating the target sites of the target protein through bioinformatics and combining it with high-throughput wet experiment verification, we screened out effective elastin fragments that were human source and had GXXPG and VPGVG double sites. We also synthesized recombinant human elastin using Pichia pastoris.
- Innovation 2 The pain point of poor stability of protein products has been overcome. Through UniProt sequence selection and stable compound combination, PRORYLIA™ Elastin can be stored at room temperature, and its biological activity can be well preserved even under harsh conditions such as high temperature of 45°C for three months.
- Innovation 3 It has been verified by detailed randomized double-blind controlled efficacy tests on humans that PRORYLIA™ Elastin can significantly increase the density of the dermis, promote the regeneration of endogenous elastin and collagen, and has excellent effects on wrinkles of various dimensions.
